Amy Collins, RD, LD, is the Regional Manager for OH and PA for Armstrong Nutrition Management. As such she provides management, clinical support, and business development for Armstrong, a company that provides RD, DTR and CDM consulting services for long-term care and other healthcare and residential facilities. Amy has been active in the Greater Cleveland Chapter of AND for several years, serving as the COPI chair, President Elect, and is the incoming President. Amy has a background in Food Service Management, Commercial Food Service Equipment Sales & Kitchen Operations Consulting. Amy is also a Massage Therapist, a Chef, an Airbnb property owner, and owns and runs a business called the Lakewood Dish Dash, conducting walking restaurant tours in her town of Lakewood, OH.
