Alicyn strives for excellence in clinical dietetics, research, and public health. She has provided medical nutrition therapy to pediatric populations and has contributed to international food safety initiatives. Her leadership and involvement span multiple professional organizations including AND, OAND, CDA, ASN, and IAFP. Alicyn has authored numerous publications and educational resources in addition to earning prestigious fellowships and scholarships. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Human Nutrition at The Ohio State University, where she continues to mentor students and develop evidence-based nutrition interventions to advance the dietetic profession and human health.
